Admin Assistant

Office Hours, 5.5 day work week

Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support and coordination for the smooth maintenance of training functions, databases and reports.

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of learning programmes and attachment of trainees, process invoices for payment and compile statistical reports.

  • Update and maintain databases on nursing manpower distribution for inpatient areas.

Requirements:

 

  • Min Diploma, with some experience in Administrative duties

  • Meticulous and organised

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Microsoft Access)

  • Good interpersonal skills
