Job Scope:
Provide administrative support and coordination for the smooth maintenance of training functions, databases and reports.
Coordinate and support the implementation of learning programmes and attachment of trainees, process invoices for payment and compile statistical reports.
Update and maintain databases on nursing manpower distribution for inpatient areas.
Requirements:
Min Diploma, with some experience in Administrative duties
Meticulous and organised
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Microsoft Access)
Good interpersonal skills
