Job Responsibilities:

Location: Central

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500

Working hours: 2 day shifts, rotating 6 day work week

 

Job Scope

  • Coordinating and ensuring smooth running of F&B services for inpatients' meals and in-house events in the hospital.
  • Taking meal orders for private and special diet patients, compile and input the orders into computer system daily.
  • Ensure that all food trolleys are heated prior to the dishing of meals, and despatching meals to the wards timely and correctly.
  • Attend and resolve patients' complaints, and tabulate patients' feedback for management review.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Nitec / Nitec / GCE ‘A’ / 'O' Level with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate

  • Pleasant disposition, meticulous and able to work independently to meet tight timeline

  • Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
