Job Scope:
Excellent Time Management in a Sensitive and Fast Paced Environment – Able to demonstrate empathy and exercise sensitivity in handling the needs of anxious patients, next of kin(s), and visitors within crucial time frames.
Manage, train, motivate and lead the team of front-line staff by example - Ensure front-line staff at the counters for registration, admission, appointments, payment and financial counseling meet service levels. Attend to feedback and suggestions for improvements from our patients and visitors. Service recovery for escalated situations
Strategic Planning - Improve work flow processes and communicate improvements to the HOD, Manager and the front-line staff
Emergency Preparedness - Support the department’s preparedness for mass casualty and outbreaks. Able to standby to support during crisis situations / unexpected patient load
Administrative Duties – Reporting to and assisting the Operations Manager to carry out administrative activities within the department and act as a point of contact for other supporting services. Adhere to deadlines in the submission of proposals, reports and statistics
Requirements:
Degree in Nursing, or General degree with 5 years of Healthcare or Operational experience or Diploma with at least 7 years of Healthcare or Operational experience.
Min 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Mature, humble and willing to undertake responsibilities required by the position
