Job Responsibilities:
Duties
- Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the preparation and production of meals for patients and special functions
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma from Culinary Training Centre / SHATEC is an advantage
- 10 years of experience in cooking and at least 5 years in a supervisory position
- Able to perform 2 rotating shifts (6.30am - 2.30pm; 11.00am - 7.30pm), including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in working in Mass Kitchens/Healthcare would be an advantage
