Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate employers' recruitment needs, interviewing and meeting customer needs
• Business Development, develop new accounts and develop new source of obtaining new accounts
• Establish excellent relationship with the clients and build good relationship with candidates
• To shortlist and to understand the clients and candidates needs and to ensure that their expectations are met

Requirements:

• Only Singaporeans
• Min Nitec/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent experience in the recruiting field
• Candidates with no experience will be considered ( Training will be provided)
• Minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in sales or in recruitment or operation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target focused with an aptitude for sales and customer service
• Self starter, keen in sales, positive and proactive attitude
• Attractive remuneration package / commission scheme
