Analysis of environmental, raw material, in process and finished product according to SOP and Testing Methods
Ensure Full QC Coverage at Night Shift (General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance and inventory suppliers etc.)
Verification Online Data and Documentation of results in accordance with GMP Owner of SPC and Implementation (work closely with Production Personnel in the establishment and maintenance of SPC systems include review of SPC data, control limits and sampling requirements)
Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting equipment
Hygiene Monitoring
To perform Cross functional investigations and follow up with CAP
Train other analyst on methods
Prioritize workload
Review Routine data with supervisory audit
Requirements:
Diploma in Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering
Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Food Manufacturing Industry
Good knowledge of statistical problem solving methodologies like FMEA, DOE and SP
Knowledge of qualification/validation is preferred
