  • Work with recruitment agents on the recruitment of non-executive positions / identify creative modes of recruitment for positions that are hard to fill
  • Understanding of recruitment requirements from individual divisional heads and supervisors and be the point of contact between Divisional heads/supervisors for updates on the recruitment status of vacant positions
  • Screening and selection of potential candidates
  • Preparation of documents required for new staff and liaise with new staff for all aspects prior to work commencement,
  • Orientate new employees on their first day of work and ensure all recruitment related documents are properly collated
 
Payroll
 
  • Enter (Time Management System) TMS and relevant data into payroll system
  • All aspects of payroll (including payroll processing) for Payroll in the absence of payroll staff
Staff Uniform
  • Plan, coordinate, order and keep track of all aspects of staff uniform to ensure stock is available and sufficient
  • Maintain the staff uniform inventory list to ensure the records are accurate and timely
Employee Relations / benefits
  • Assist Manager (HR & Training) in planning and implementing appropriate staff activities, including D&D
  • Assist in staff benefits administration
  • Handle and investigate complaints pertaining to shuttle bus transportation
  • Coordinate and inform all staff pertaining to information and updates about Company’s panel of doctors, update new and resigned staff records on the panel website and process payment for panel of clinics
  • Inform staff of weekly canteen menu available and investigate and provide timely feedback pertaining to food and services provided by the staff canteen
  • Assist Exec (HR & Training) in the coordination/collection of performance appraisal forms for the twice yearly Appraisal Exercise/yearly employee survey
  • Tabulation and Checking of award winners for Perfect Attendance, Perfect Medical Award
  • Administrative duties pertaining to raising of purchase request for stationery, etc
Requirement:
  • Diploma in Business Administration/HRM/Training or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with PAYROLL will added advantage
  • Must be able and willing to multi-task
  • Must be a positive worker with initiative and a never-say-die attitude
  • Enjoy work as a team
  • Good interpersonal skill
