Job Scope 
  • Attending incoming call & handling email
  • Provide assistance for inquiries, requirements and other support to customer
  • Good understanding of working procedures
  • Administrative duties and data update
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage
  • Outgoing, confident, friendly, presentable appearance and pleasant disposition
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Talent who with supervisor experience will be entitle to senior / executive role (Team Lead)
