Job Responsibilities:

Position: HR Recruitment Officer (2 years contract, full benefits)

Location: Toa Payoh / Braddell

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 6pm

Salary: $2000 - $3000

 

Job Scope:

  • Posting of Jobs on job boards
  • Shortlisting of candidates
  • Arrangement of interviews
  • Preparation of interview files
  • Collection of feedback from Hiring Managers
  • Negotiate and Liaising during Job Offer stage
  • On-boarding
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in a HR Related discipline
  • Min 3 years in HR, with Strong Recruitment experience
  • Strong communicator, takes initiative and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Resourceful and work well in a team environment.
  • Open to contractual role with full benefits, renewable and convertible based on performance
