Technical Support Engineer (Indoor)
Job Description
- Attend and answer enquiry to customer via receive phone calls and email.
- Provide advice and troubleshooting customers issue via phone.
- Research and analyze competitive information pertaining to the companys products
- Conduct product application testing and product demonstration for sales reps and customers (Travel to customers company for training seminars if required.)
- Develop, update, and disseminate key sales enhancement product information via company intranet and/or electronic newsletters
- Coordinate with the parent company in Japan on new product release and other pertinent tasks such as product literature development.
- Other duties or projects, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline ( Computer / Electrical Engineer)
- Min 1 years working experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication and listening skill
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion
- Analytical skill to identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts by breaking down information or data into separate parts
- Must have valid class 3 license. (Company vehicle provided)
