Job Responsibilities:

 Responsibilities:

• Identify, manage and implement the cost reduction opportunities and strategies.
• Support creation of Global Commodity & Supplier Strategy
• Conduct regular teleconferences and participate in Annual Global team/supplier meetings
• Ensure cost optimization in Global Projects
• Price control for APAC affiliates
• Negotiate & establish best price with Global suppliers
• Ensure preparedness for Global Continuity Lead escalations (operational & commercial)
• Support cross regional profit improvement activities
• Lead/motivate the team to continuously perform and achieve targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Business Administration Specialisation in Supply Chain/Purchasing is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Strategic & tactical sourcing and Negotiation/Management
• Preferably working experience in a regional / global headquarter Strong interpersonal skills
• To lead a team of 3 Senior Buyers and manages the Strategic Purchasing activities
