You will drive the digital transformation of the group and lead innovation initiatives and be accountable for leveraging the digital technologies and data analytics
You will lead the IT functions and provide strategic directions, solutions and policies to support business goals
Besides directing and promoting IT governance policies and standards in relation to cybersecurity and IT risk, you will also serve as a trusted technical advisor on the best industry practices to the senior management as well as the heads of the business units.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will lead a team of about 12-15 staff and oversee the outsourcing management of four major IT domains (1. infrastructure & facilities management services; 2. cloud computing resources; 3. application development & maintenance; and 4. advanced security operation center).
Establish business analytics capabilities by capturing the data systematically and performing predictive analysis and modelling to support business strategy decisions.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions that deliver to the business needs through providing a strong technical leadership - clear understanding of the needs and strong support for vendor evaluation and decisions on technology investments with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
Strengthen cyber defence capabilities to protect the group’s assets, brand reputation and customers’ trust.
Requirements:
Have the relevant qualification and experience in IT management and a proven track record in conceptualising and managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, IT strategy development and IT outsourcing.
Have in-depth knowledge of the IT industry and deep understanding of the digital technologies and data analytics and proven past records in demonstrating the ability to drive innovation and get buy-ins.
Passionate about innovation and emerging digital technologies and demonstrated the ability to drive innovation and get buy-in.
