Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct radiography-related academic course as Year Tutor, Module Lead, and Lecturer. 
• Develop and maintain the curricula of academic courses.
• Conduct periodic reviews of academic courses.
• Manage lecturers and associate lecturers as Module Lead 
• Track and manage student learning and development.
• Ensure academic governance and quality of courses in line with the academic requirements of University of Hertfordshire. 
• Ensure academic governance and quality of courses in line with the regulatory and educational requirements of the Committee of Private Education (CPE) of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Ministry of Education.
• Work with the Assistant Director/Programme Lead to meet the academic requirements of University of Hertfordshire.
• Work with the Management Representative to ensure accreditation of college’s quality system to CPE’s Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust requirements. 
• Assess market needs and demand, and plan and implement new courses to meet these needs. 
• Conduct continual improvement of course and assessment systems and processes. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree or above in radiography. 
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience. 
• Qualification in teaching will be advantageous (e.g. ACTA). 
• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) as Diagnostic Radiographer.
