Enrolled Nurse (Senior Care / Elderly Care) Senior Care Centre
Job Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Perform dressings, treatments, nursing procedures, administration of medication and assist clients as specified in standard procedures.
- Ensure the comfort, tidiness and personal hygiene of clients.
- Check, monitor and record vital signs e.g. Temperature, Blood Pressure etc.
- Perform basic rehabilitation as planned by PT/OT such as exercises [motion] and walking of clients.
- Accompany clients and assist in the transfer of clients between locations.
- Assist SRN with new client admissions according to standard procedures.
- Assist SRN with discharges and assists clients in the preparation of discharges.
- Update and maintain quality records within the statutory required retention period through proper identification, filing, storage maintenance and disposition of these records.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- National ITE Certificate in Nursing.
- State Enrolled Nurse registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare setting.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a passionate disposition to care for frail seniors.
- Able to work effectively in team environment.
