Job Responsibilities:

• Assist HOD in managing occupational therapy service
• Evaluate patient as a basis for planning and implementing an appropriate treatment program
• Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments of functional limitations and to maximize recovery
• Provide patient and family education
• Initiate discharge planning and recommend appropriate post-discharge therapy program
• Maintain clear, appropriate and accurate documentation of all treatments in timely manner
• Participate in call back services, if needed
• Build and maintain good relationship with referral sources
• Treat all patient information strictly confidential
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• AHPC full registration
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least 3 years of related work experience
