Job Scope:
Responsibilities:

Management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care

To achieve stated outcomes in customer service, financial targets, processes and staff development
-
To work in partnership with Clinicians and other Support Services to achieve these goals in a Specialist Outpatient Clinic setting
-
Study environmental dynamics, identify opportunities and threats as well as implement and facilitate stragetic and business plans
Requirements:
-
A recognized degree with five years’ working experience in a service related industry. At least two years’ experience must be in a supervisory position. Those with a Nursing background will have an added advantage.

Practical knowledge of Hospital operations is a pre-requisite.

Ability to lead a team and possess strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.

Service orientated, customer focused and is able to show track record of good service performance.

Motivated, able to manage pressure and has initiative.
-
Ablility to project a professional image and be a role model for the team.

Possess a cheerful disposition and optimistic about challenges.
