Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date records of your daily activities.
Complete Data Entry tasks for the Sales Team.
Communicate with Inside Sales Executive to ensure accuracy.
Customer and Vendor registration.
Distribute and follow-up on paperwork.
Assist in the co-ordination with other internal department such as purchasing and logistics to ensure the smooth flow of operations throughout the day.
Must have creative problem solving skills and ability to work with others, be able to multi task.
Assist with general clerical duties for the Sales Team or any other tasks assigned.
Carry out all admin duties including Adhoc as and when assigned by Sales Manager.
Diploma holders or NITEC/ O Levels.
Strong interest in customer service environment.
Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Computer Literate and internet savvy.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
Ability to calculate figures, amounts and volumes.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Preferably have related customer service experience in electronics industry
Qualification: Diploma, O-Level
