Job Scope:

• Assist in giving directions to visitors and patients affected by relocation of departments during renovation
• Walking around the wards to ensure that patients are comfortable
• Providing ear plugs if the noise level gets high
• Handling feedback or complaints with professionlaism and tact
• Long standing hours

• GCE N / O / A levels / Nitec holders
• Must be able to commit long term
• Customer service experience
• Able to work independently
