Job Scope:

Working location: Tiong Bahru

Working hours: Office hours / 2 shifts / 3 shifts

 

The Job:

Responsible for answering and managing appointment calls or handling general enquiries from members of public and patients with the highest service quality and operational standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level with 3 credits
  • Candidates with previous experiences in call centre environment will be a great advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
