The Job:
Responsible for answering and managing appointment calls or handling general enquiries from members of public and patients with the highest service quality and operational standards.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O level with 3 credits
Candidates with previous experiences in call centre environment will be a great advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
