Job Scope:
Branding Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
· Help develop the hospitals’ branding strategy and be the steward of the brand
· Participates in brand strategy discussion and in setting brand position and target
· Works collaboratively with marketing communications to execute designs consistent with a determined communications hierarchy and a global style guide
· Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies
· Analyzes market, consumer and competitive information to support setting of service pricing and managing price on existing items
· Analyzes consumer, competition and channel / customer as part of a situation assessment
· Analyzes consumer trends and information to help identify future sources of growth
Requirements
· Degree in Business or Communications with strong focus in Marketing
· At least 3 years working experience in healthcare
· Experience in brand management of consumer goods or in services industry is highly preferred
· Possess good presentation and communication skills.
· Pleasant disposition, positive, patient, empathetic, and diplomatic
· Excellent interpersonal skills, self starter and the ability to thrive in a fast moving and highly challenging environment
· Strong command of spoken and written English
