Customer Service Assistant (Perm)
Duties:
● Responsible for the sales and payments and other bets in the off-course betting centres and outlets
Requirements:
● Min GCE ‘O’Level and above
● Min 2 yrs of customer service experience
● Good listening and communication skills
● Must be able to handle betting environment
● Must be able to speak English and Mandarin
● Location: Kranji
● Work Timing: Officer Hours, 5 days/ Rotating shifts, Race Day applicable
