Job Scope:

Responsibilities:

• To attend to enquiries in person, through calls and e-mails
• To coordinate and process new applications and requests
• Assist to resolve billing issues and perform billing adjustments
• To lead and manage a team of 4 - 6 junior officer
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder (those with lower qualifications will also be considered if they have at least 2 years related work experience)
• Mature with related working experience
• Able and willing to interact with all types of customers
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Customer service oriented
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented
• Must be able to adapt to use of computer systems in work
  proficient in handling e-mails with proper email etiquette
• High adaptability and flexibility to handle all types of possible customer-fronting situations.
• Positive attitude and keen to learn.

Added Information

• Work 3 days, 1 day OFF (10am - 6pm, 10am - 10pm, 2pm - 1015pm)
