Job Scope:

The summary of the roles is as below:

The incumbent is expected to conduct research on best practices and theories on work life integration and develop the work life framework for Health Institute. This person is also expected to undertake other tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of related work experience in managing work life policies.
• Those who have more years of experience may be considered for Sr Executive post

Prior experience in formulating HR policies in large organisations is preferred.
