 Business Office Assistants - Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Business Office
  • Handle Patients' admission, discharge and billing procedures
  • Handle doctors' fees posting and mediclaims submission
  • Attend to queries on hospital bills

 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any disciplines or A / O levels
  • Min 2 years experience in healthcare industry / customer service experience 
  • Able to perform 3 rotating shifts, weekends / PH (5 days work week)
  • Central location
  • IT Savvy
  • $1700 onwards
  • Must have a pass in mathematics

    Only Singaporean / SPR need apply.
