Call Centre Officers X 10 ( $1600 - $2500 )*URGENT
Responsibilities:
- To attend to call enquiries
- To process new phone orders
- Assist in resolving billing issues and perform billing adjustments
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Requirements:
● Cheerful and good working attitude
● Able to speak English and Mandarin / Japanese / Thai
● Only Singaporean and PR may apply
● Working Timing: Rotating Shifts
● Location: Tai Seng
