Job Scope:

• Procurement/ Inventory Specialist order placement and tracking
• Coordinate of invoice payment and the delivery of equipment and software
• Utilize a variety of mechanized systems to provide data in order to track cost
• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verifications.
• Maintain equipment and software maintenance record using inventory information
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Requirements:

• Good with IT skills
• Ability to learn and utilize different procurement and inventory systems
• Strong inter-personal skills in order to communication with vendors and customers
• Strong organisation skills and ability to communicate and follow processes
• Min Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Min 1-2 years experience.
