Job Scope:

• Draft & Review various commercial contracts
• Render legal advice on daily operational issues
• Liaise with external counsels on specialized areas
• Ensure compliance to law and company guidelines
• Contract Negotiation
  

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience in similar position or in practice
• To work independently in a fast paced environment and with good organizational skills
• Only Singaporean or SPRs may apply
